Community Support Services

Community Support Services receives and processes all requests for services provided by CTRC. Referrals are accepted from clients, parents, physicians, community agencies, etc.

Services also include:

Advocacy
Case management
Linking to other services
Linking to DSO for Adult Services – Application Process
Help with applications for funding
