The Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre (CTRC) is committed to providing support, services, programs and resources to individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as support to their families and other agencies.  We are a regional service provider, operated by a voluntary Board of Governors appointed from across the Districts of Cochrane and Temiskaming.
